    Hello Arcadians!

    Have you seen this sitting on the lower right corner of your screen?

    Well click on it! See what happens!

    You will get a chat window that looks like this…

    Just fill in your In Game Name and what your question/comment/concern/statement is in the fields and click on start chat.

    Your window will then look like this.

    You will see what agent(s) connect directly to you. We are actual staff that work for ArcadianMC and not bots (yes we have been asked if we are bot or human). We will still introduce ourselves and ask for a minute to review what your question is. After we review it, we will jump right into the assistance that we can provide.​

    Some of the services that we provide are...​
    • Connection issues

    • Immediate action player reports (proof provided)

    • Bugs found within game

    • Assistance into donations not working

    • Questions about the server

    • Provide links

    • Many many more.

    What we can't do...

    • Free ranks

    • Ban appeals

    • Connect with any staff (limited # of staff as agents)

    • No you can't talk to Niknea or Exloki through this service (if needed we can pass contact info on)

    • Agents reserve the right to tell you we can't provide that service

    As I stated above, you can provide small file proof of an issue that you are having. In the lower left is an options menu and under the menu is upload file. With this you can provide a screenshot that you may have to share, or a small video that you would like for us to look over. If the file is to big, we may ask you to file a report (which we will provide you with a link that you will use for that report) or to try and upload the video to YouTube.

    We ask that you don't spam us with unneeded "Trolling" spam as we have several players that already use this service and really love the results that they get in return. Furthermore, that also includes swearing, inappropriate content and threatening the staff member(s) taking your call. Now I know some of you are just going to want to test this out and see what it is all about, I encourage you to check it out and in your statement please say testing it out. An agent will connect with you and help explain what ever questions you may have of this service. But please keep this "Test" run short and brief.

    The agents have the right to also ban a player from this service as well if we feel that you are abusing the system. We aren't there to just carry on a conversation (yes there will be casual conversation but focused around the question at hand).

    If you have used the service, there is a rating with in the chat window is a ratings system. Please rate the service so we know how we are doing.

    I purposely wrote at the bottom written by Simmy51 & hippogaming29 as he wrote the original one and I update his one as it was out-of-date. I know I haven't put that much effort into this post, as all I did was update the screenshots and add some more text into it, but this thread was literally made to highlight that when you see the red box in the bottom right of your screen that there are staff members online and ready to answer any questions you fire at them.

    I Used it alot on the Past, but now i know alot about Arcadian. it might be good for People that doesn't know alot about Arcadian. Good Job @hippogaming29 ! Keep on working like that! :D
